Michael Edwards, a home cook, was tired of choosing between quick meals and delicious ones. Carlos Soares, a chef from Brazil who trained in Paris and worked in some of the finest restaurants, shared that idea.

Subtle flavour and not overpowering
Used the Tandoori Indian Spice Blend with boneless chicken done on the grill. The spice was added after cutting up the chicken so it didn't burn - just like the shrimp on the Livy Method segment. It was really tasty and my husband quite enjoyed it. The spice wasn't over powering.

Do any blends contain allergens?
Carlos' Sweet Jerk contains mustard and Korean BBQ contains sesame. Allergens are printed on every pouch.
